At Women in Christian Leadership, we believe prayer is not just something we do—it is the foundation of everything we build.

Watchwomen On The Wall is a sacred calling for women who are willing to stand in the gap, lift their voices in faith, and cover others in prayer. Like the watchmen described in the Book of Isaiah, these women take their place with purpose—alert, faithful, and devoted—trusting that God is always at work, even when we cannot yet see it.

Our Mission

To establish a continual covering of prayer over Women in Christian Leadership, lifting up our members, leaders, ministries, families, and communities before the Lord.

We pray for:

• Individual needs and prayer requests

• Our WICL community and leadership

• Churches and ministries

• Our cities, states, and nation

• The world around us

Our Purpose

To create an unbroken chain of prayer—every hour of every day—so that no need goes uncovered and no voice goes unheard before God.

This is more than a schedule.
It is a movement of faithful women standing watch together.

Your Role as a Watchwoman

You are invited to take one hour each week—just one hour—to intentionally pray.

That hour becomes:

• A dedicated time to intercede for others

• A sacred space between you and God

• A powerful act of obedience and impact

Each Watchwoman holds her hour as a commitment before the Lord—an exclusive time set apart for prayer.

Becoming a Watchwoman is simple.

Complete the form, and Cindy Gaboury, Prayer Support Director, will personally connect with you to help you select your weekly day and hour.
