Meet the Host:
Debra Ghysels
Debra Ghysels is a wife, mom, and Gramé to eight precious blessings, but above all, she is a woman who loves Jesus and His Word. She teaches out of a deep conviction that God’s Word is inerrant, authoritative, and life-giving. Her calling is to equip women through teaching, counseling, and mentoring, always pointing them back to Scripture as the source of truth for a faithful walk with Christ. With a heart surrendered to God’s sovereignty, she is committed to letting the Word speak for itself—drawing from the original text so that God’s people may be built up in His truth.
Her teaching and speaking style is engaging and practical, marked by creativity and warmth. She believes Bible study should be life-giving, empowering, and even a little fun—because God’s Word is not just a book, it’s His living voice to us today.
Alongside her husband, Tim, Debra serves as Executive Vice President of Millennium Metals, Inc., a faith-based company they have led since 1995 with the motto “In Business to Serve Christ.” Millennium Metals exists as both a service center of metals and plastics and as a ministry that reaches people who may never step into a church but encounter God through everyday business.
Her experience also includes serving as Chairman of the Board for Women in Christian Leadership, Founder of ReNewed Women’s Ministries, and past Chairman of Christian Women’s Clubs in both Pittsburgh and Dayton. She is a Certified Biblical Counselor, Certified Inductive Bible Study Teacher, and a co-author of Success: Powered by Relationships, as well as the inspiration behind The Warrior’s Heart by Dani Cheri.
