Trusting God with Unseen Outcomes
Rev. Daria Dillard Stone—lovingly known as “The Servant”—is an Associate Minister at Omega Baptist Church in Dayton, OH. She is the founder and CEO of Sharing Ministries LLC and creator of The S.T.A.R. (Smart Talented Awesome Respected) Program, a self‑development movement birthed from grief after the passing of her husband, Todd Stone. Her motto, “Because I care—I share,” reflects her lifelong commitment to serving women, children, and families with faith, integrity, and compassion.
Staying Humble While Leading Boldly
Monti Moyer, MBA, is a transformational leader known for her resilience, strategic vision, and commitment to people. After rising from an administrative role to Director of Budget and Operations at the University of Dayton, she spent more than five years leading complex financial and operational initiatives. Following the loss of her father in 2024, Monti telecommuted for 18 months from West Virginia to remain close to her aging mother while continuing her professional responsibilities. In April 2026, she permanently relocated to West Virginia and began a new chapter as Chief Operating Officer of Stone Harbor Wealth Partners. Her journey reflects the power of perseverance, purpose, and embracing change.

Niki Robinson has nearly 13 years with U.S.Bank as a Business Banking Sales Manager in the Dayton, Northern Cincinnati market..
She and her husband are the former pastors for Pike City Church, where they served the inner-city of Hamilton for over 10 years in various capacities. They are currently attending Stratford Heights Church of God in Middletown, where they are working on building out a similar ministry to the underserved across Butler County. Niki is a member of Women in Christian Leadership and attends the Tuesday Morning Gathering in Lebanon.
Persevering Through Failure
Speaker: Heather Haines
Heather has been a part of Women in Christian Leadership since early 2025. Prior to joining Women in Christian Leadership, she served as a Senior Pastor in the United Methodist Church and has led worship in numerous churches, giving all glory to God for every opportunity to serve.
Heather is a Master Certified Life Coach, Christian speaker, and worship leader. She currently leads worship at Celebrate Recovery West Chester alongside her son and serves as the leader of the 1st Cincinnati Gathering – Eastside.
As the mother of three adult sons and grandmother of two young grandsons, Heather has experienced both the joys and challenges of life. Through personal struggles and hardships, she has found strength in Jesus Christ and is passionate about encouraging others with a message of faith, hope, and perseverance.
