Leading Through Conflict
Niki Robinson has nearly 13 years with U.S.Bank as a Business Banking Sales Manager in the Dayton, Northern Cincinnati market..
She and her husband are the former pastors for Pike City Church, where they served the inner-city of Hamilton for over 10 years in various capacities. They are currently attending Stratford Heights Church of God in Middletown, where they are working on building out a similar ministry to the underserved across Butler County. Niki is a member of Women in Christian Leadership and attends the Tuesday Morning Gathering in Lebanon.
Staying Humble While Leading Boldly
Monti Moyer, MBA, is a strategic finance leader recognized for her resilience and upward momentum. After a successful 17-year career start, she recharted her path at the University of Dayton, rising from an entry-level administrative role to Director of Budget and Operations in just seven years. She now anchors operations for the College of Arts and Sciences and serves as Treasurer for the Dayton Contemporary Dance Company board.
Persevering Through Failure
Speaker: Heather Haines
Heather has been a part of Women in Christian Leadership since early 2025. Prior to joining Women in Christian Leadership, she served as a Senior Pastor in the United Methodist Church and has led worship in numerous churches, giving all glory to God for every opportunity to serve.
Heather is a Master Certified Life Coach, Christian speaker, and worship leader. She currently leads worship at Celebrate Recovery West Chester alongside her son and serves as the leader of the 1st Cincinnati Gathering – Eastside.
As the mother of three adult sons and grandmother of two young grandsons, Heather has experienced both the joys and challenges of life. Through personal struggles and hardships, she has found strength in Jesus Christ and is passionate about encouraging others with a message of faith, hope, and perseverance.
