Leadership Academy is a Christ-centered leadership development program created to equip and empower women of all ages and stages of life.

Discover Leadership Academy Tracks

Leadership looks different on every woman.

Some women lead companies.

Some lead ministries.

Some lead teams, classrooms, families, churches, non-profits, businesses or community organizations.

And some are still wondering: Am I really a leader?

Leadership Academy was created for all of them.

Whether a woman already carries significant leadership responsibilities or is just beginning to recognize the influence God has given her, Leadership Academy helps her better understand who God created her to be and how to use her gifts with purpose.

Following a successful pilot experience, Leadership Academy expands in Fall 2026 with new Leadership Academy Tracks offering women additional opportunities to grow in faith, leadership, confidence, and community.
