Jeanne Porter, Founder
In 2021, I embraced a calling to create an organization for women dedicated to fostering meaningful connections, providing thoughtful mentorship, and facilitating focused learning. Our mission is to expand opportunities for women to lead in various spheres, whether at home, in business, or in ministry—a place where all women can feel they belong. We strive to support your journey with unique resources designed to help you grow closer to God, enlighten your spirit, and encourage your heart. Together, we can deepen our relationship with Jesus Christ and empower one another to lead boldly.
I was once asked, "What legacy do you want to leave?" I wholeheartedly believe that love builds bridges.
The Great Commandment reminds us to love God and love others: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind... And second, love your neighbor as yourself." (Matthew 22:37-39, NIV)
I want to be known for the kind of love that sees and uplifts people, especially women who need encouragement, guidance, or just the reassurance that they matter. Let’s join arm in arm in this legacy, reminding other women that they are recipients of grace and truth, given freely.
I invite you to join me on this journey.
Board of Directors and Ministry Directors
The Women in Christian Leadership Board of Directors and Ministry Directors have a passion for the mission and work of Women in Christian Leadership. They possess the highest personal and professional integrity and values and are thought leaders with strategic insight in their respective fields.
We steward Women in Christian Leadership with the goal of spiritual transformation. Our prayer is, “May Your Kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven,” as people in our community are changed through our organizational activities.
This calling is birthed—and bathed—in prayer. Our business manual is the living, breathing Holy Spirit—His written and spoken words. What a Guide!
The Holy Spirit is actively involved in every Women in Christian Leadership area. We are the stewards of what He has given us, not the owners. This subtle difference changes everything.
